Description
The 1024MB DDR2 SDRAM Fully Buffered DIMM is a high-performance memory module designed for 266MHz applications. It features a 240-pin JEDEC standard and is based on 64Mx8, 2-Rank DDR2 SDRAM architecture. The module supports SSTL-18 compatible inputs and outputs, with voltage requirements of VDD = 1.8Volt ± 0.1 and VDDQ = 1.8Volt ± 0.1.
