Description
The Supermicro SSG-5029P-E1CTR12L is designed to provide high availability and performance for enterprise storage solutions. It supports a single socket P (LGA 3647) for 2nd Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors (Cascade Lake/Skylake), eight DIMM slots for up to 2TB of 3DS ECC DDR4-2933MHz memory, and Intel® Optane™ DCPMM. It includes 12 hot-swap 3.5" SAS/SATA drive bays with SES3 and two hot-swap 2.5" NVMe/SATA bays. Networking is facilitated by dual 10GBase-T with Intel® X557, and it supports various I/O options including M.2 and multiple PCI-E slots. The chassis is 2U rackmount with redundant 800W power supplies for energy efficiency and reliability.
